Lana comes to mummy's aerobics class on Tuesday mornings. She watches everybody especially the instructor. Maybe because she tells everybody what to do.
Lana stays in her pram and mumbles and squells as if agreeing with Karen (the instructor). She has to stay in the pram until cool down so she doesn't get hit by the barbell. During cool down, I put her beside me in the mat so she can explore. She's usually good the whole time so I always enjoy my workout.
