13 months old

Lana is 13 months old today. It’s also her 2nd day in Bendigo
Occasional Care today. She started there yesterday. It’s much closer to
work and the daughter of my Indonesian friend is there as well on some
days.
She will be going to BOC every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. She
might also go there on Wednesdays if necessary.
I like the occasional care better than the long day care because we
don’t have to pay for the days that she’s absent. We only need to
cancel her booking on the day she’s booked. The downside with
occasional care is you have to book 3 days ahead. But it doesn’t worry
me as I have penciled it in my diary to call them to book Lana so she
gets in early. And if the centre is booked out, the other alternative
is to bring her to a friend’s house to be looked after.
