Energize. Exercise.

I have just booked myself for a fitball aerobics class for the next term to enhance my fitness. I feel that my health is deteriorating and I’m getting out of shape. When I exercise, I feel like I’m full of energy. And it would be nice to catch up with the other workout chicks in my class.

I preferably wish to do a yoga class on a Thursday after work at Bendigo Training Academy but the timetable clashes with Lana’s schedule in day care. Unfortunately, the gym where I used to do pilates and steps moved to Darwin. Thus, I went searching for a new fitness center that would suit my hectic schedule. I really liked them so much because I could work out almost everyday right after work for an hour for a reasonable price! Karen, my former instructor said they moved there while I was at home on maternity leave. I’m not too happy about the move, Karen.

The fitball class run by Karen (yes, another Karen) will start on the 23rd of April. 1..2…3… Can’t wait!
